The Gateway Dulcimer Society includes members from the greater St. Louis, Missouri area and the neighboring southwestern Illinois region. We meet every Monday night to jam in an informal setting. Check out our jam locations. The club jam tune list will give you an idea of what we play --- but if your favorite tune is not on the list, bring it along and we'll give you a chance to teach it to us!

The Society promotes traditional music by encouraging mountain dulcimer players, performing at community and school events and hosting the annual Gateway Dulcimer Festival

While primarily aimed at mountain dulcimer players, a smattering of guitar, banjo, mandolin and penny whistle players have been known to sit in.

All acoustic instruments are always welcome!
